Terms and Conditions

  • At the time of booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total order is due. The rest of the balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • Items are priced for 24 hours rental periods. Drop off and pick up times will be in the contract. 

  • Cancellations 7 days before the event date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. 

  • A delivery fee may apply to orders outside of Columbus, IN. 

  • Customers will be responsible for any item damaged or broken and will be subjected to an additional fee.
